Does Blix need an app installed on a customer's smart phone?

No, it’s an ambient solution. This means we get much more data than an opt-in product. It requires no action by a customer at all.  The customer does not need to connect to the Blix Traffic.  It works in the background without any interaction required by customers or staff.
